As a part of the EMEA legal team your main responsibility wil be to provide in-house legal advice to the group’s business across a number of countries. You will assist the EMEA legal team, reporting to its General Counsel.

 

General tasks and responsabilities:

 

  • Negotiate complex IT/telecoms-related contracts including licencing, thecnology service contracts, software as a service, consulting services agreements, product supply and all kind of industry required services.
  • Provide legal advice on the above mentioned contracts and on safety contracts for the public sector, and dealing with public authorities in the allocated region.
  • Assist the EMEA GC with compliance policies and programs (drafting and implementing) in the region, to ensure that contracts and business comply with the company’s internal policies and the applicable legislation.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel on country-specific commercial and compliance legal issues.
  • Provide compliance and legal training to business teams.
  • Project management including coordinating international and horizontal business teams.
