Part time Business Development Executive for the Madrid team of a very well-known international law firm with a legal background (at least 4 years of relevant professional experience). The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and will have the opportunity to deal with a range of local and international projects.

 It is now searching for a Business Development Executive fir the BD team of its Madrid office. 

 

Descripción del puesto

The candidate will coordinate client pitching activity, interacting with partners and fee-earners in a daily basis, analysing specific needs and requests, and providing the most appropriate and efficient solution from a marketing and business development perspective. The candidate will contribute to the idea generation process and the creation of successful pitching "stories".

 

Will coordinate international directory and award submission activities, drafting submission documents, whilst making sure that firm's internal approval process is followed, providing training and support for lawyers and other key stakeholders on pitching and submission processes. Besides, will be collecting all relevant information and updating all capability documents and marketing materials, drafting client presentations, too.

 

The candidate may build close relationships with marketing colleagues, partners and other fee earners in order to identify new opportunities, industry trends and deal information; and at the same time build strong relationships with key external contacts; creating content and repurposing existing content so it is suitable for inclusion in the various collateral produced upon request of practice groups and sectors.  The candidate will be liaising with the central Pitch Team and with international marketing colleagues; monitoring competitor activities; and could be involved in any other ad hoc projects and initiatives led by the BD team.

Perfil

His highly important and strategic position within firm’s  Madrid office will help to drive key business development initiatives forwards through a variety of activities and the utilisation an array of channels and business development techniques. The candidate must have a legal background (ideally at least 4 years of relevant professional experience); an excellent command of both Spanish and English, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism at all times.
